I have been going to Family Dental for 15+ years. I have never and would never think of going anywhere else. I recommend their practice to everyone who asks for a dentist. Both dentists are outstanding! They listen to you and care about your well-being. And their staff, well they are way better than chick fil a workers! Drive 1.5 hrs (one way) to see Dr. Folks and his staff. ERIN was phenomenal! Actually all the staff is. Very thorough, not rushed, takes time explaining all things happening regardless, if you need additional dental treatment or not.

I walked in with a bad attitude because of a very bad experience from the last dentist I went to. My attitude was totally different when I left. VERY awesome people that work there. They even gave me alternatives to a couple places to go elsewhere because they knew my financial situation, and all they cared about was getting the work done that was desperately needed. I've always hated going to the dentist. This place is different, they are very welcoming and will do everything they can to make you comfortable. I needed extensive work done after a horse related accident and not going to the dentist for a while. They were very friendly and non-judgmental. When running insurance, they went over out of pocket cost clearly and the best way to proceed to keep it as low as possible. I highly recommend going to Family Dental Associates for any of your dental needs. Shout out to the dental hygienists who helped with my last 2 appointments, Jessica, and Taylor. They were very sweet and professional.

It was amazing as always. From Erin my Hygienist making me feel comfortable and relaxed during my cleaning and X-rays. To the understanding they take with you and your teeth health being top level. The staff is so friendly and sweet. Drs are amazing as well.
I need quite a bit done because of what chemo did to my teeth and the understanding and helpful with budget and give you payment options for the more expensive dental care.

The absolute BEST dentist office I have ever been to. Everyone is happy to be there, they smile and are welcoming, and just genuinely warm. The atmosphere is calm and clean. The staff was wonderful with my children as well. I didn’t worry a bit while I was in another chair getting my cleaning done and they were down the hall a little way. Wonderful place!!! If you have anxiety when it comes to dental offices, this is the place to go. I myself have/had severe anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist office to the point that I had to sit in my truck for a good five minutes before even walking into the building to build up the mental fortitude, but as soon as I walked in the fears and anxiety started to wash away I was greeted with a warm smile and hello from Ashley at the front desk. From there she gave me a tour of the office and I was blown away that every employee in the building that I came across stopped what they were doing to give me a wave and hello. Along the tour I was amazed of how well Ashley was able to articulate the passion and ideals of the dentistry showing that she truly cares and loves this place. Next, I got to meet the dental hygienist Julie a goddess among them, a true compassionate person that was able to get me to calm down further and show me that I was not just another person in her eyes she truly cared about me and how I felt at any given moment going above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and calm. I cannot say good enough things about her because words do not do her justice. Meeting with Dr. Keim was just as good he was able to get me out of my own head and show me in detail that the work I needed was not going to be as bad as I thought, and it was just my lack of knowledge on what I was needing that was causing me such turmoil. Then we got to the cherry on top I got to meet Brittany who not only walked me through my treatment plan but showed me that it wasn't going to be anywhere as expensive as I feared. In all I can say without a doubt I will be going to this office for years to come. Some quick honorable mentions you will get a free goody bag and they are able to treat larger individuals comfortably I wasn't too tall for any of their furniture or equipment which is an issue I run into at a lot of other places.

I have been a patient at Family Dental for many years now. I always found the staff friendly, helpful and professional. The dental care is absolutely excellent. After I retired, I left Miami and moved to Tulsa. I still come to Tulsa to have my dental work done because this place is so exceptional!

Family Dental is a well-run, patient-first facility where you feel more like a guest than a client. From the front desk to the exam room and then to the follow up counter you are in control of your care. If you are nervous about dental visits, stop by and get a tour of the offices, and see the full care everyone takes to make you comfortable. They also offer a variety of comfort services such as noise-canceling headphones, weighted blankets, neck pillows, remotes so you can watch TV, stress balls, and Tylenol or Ibuprofen. They also have an amazing incentive program once you become a part of the Family Dental family!
I had been with the same dentist all my life until he unfortunately passed away. I was distraught over finding the same level of care and bond I had with the staff. I tried a couple of places until I was recommended to Family Dental, and I have been enjoying their services ever since.

So, I have left a review before but today I saw Dr. Folks. I have to say nothing has changed. The whole experience was nothing short of stellar! From the moment I walked in the door, the ladies at check-in knew who I was right away. It always makes me feel like part of a family when people remember me. Like I belong there. They got me checked in with a smile. Then Katie came out to get me and she is always amazing. She cleaned my teeth with precision, always checking in to make sure I'm doing OK. She takes the time to have a conversation and see what's new in my life instead of being all business. She goes above and beyond every time. Dr. Folks was also amazing. He makes great eye contact when talking (which may seem like a strange thing to comment on, but I can't tell you how many times I've been seen in different medical facets where the Dr has no bedside manner, and you leave feeling unheard or unimportant). He made sure to tell me what progress has been made in my treatment plan and what the next steps should be. He took the time to ask and answer all questions and gave me all the time I needed. Even the ladies at the checkout counter aren't all business. They are all smiles and are so personable. They make you feel like your care is the priority and work with you when a problem arises. They made sure all my info was correct and made sure to double check everything before they checked me out. I always leave feeling important. A part of FAMILY Dental Associates.

I generally do not like going to the dentist. I made that very clear to them the first time I went. The staff and doctors made every visit as comfortable as possible for me. Even when I had an emergency broken tooth, they made a way for me to be seen within the half hour. I am so impressed with Family Dental Associates that I now recommend them to friends and colleagues. The facilities are new, modern, and very comfortable. Erin always makes me feel comfortable when I go in for my cleaning. They are everything a client will want or need for a dentist. 5-stars!

Taylor cleaned my teeth today; she was very kind & so knowledgeable. She made me feel safe & comfortable. My smile is squeaky clean. This office is amazingly nice, the front office ladies are incredibly kind & professional. They provide a tour & good information about all the treatments they perform. Today I saw Dr Folks. He is a kind man, seems down to earth, very intelligent, & reasonable with treatment options. I also really like that this office partners with local charities like the Boys & Girls Club & Salvation Army investing in our community. They have gained my trust & I’m confident they’ll take good care of my smile!
